As a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore a natural balance. My approach combines mindful movement, assisted stretching, and gentle pressure to release tension, improve circulation, and support deep relaxation. Each session is designed to meet you where you are — whether you need stress relief, greater mobility, or simply time to reset and recharge. Thai Yoga Massage is more than bodywork — it’s a moving meditation and passive yoga practice that nourishes both body and mind. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.

It was a lovely day at Cathy’s wellness event. Her warmth, positivity, and knowledge is just contagious and wonderful to be around. The day was very well organized, healthy delicious food was provided, and Cathy’s space is beautiful, warm and inviting, leaving you feeling very comfortable and connected.

I had the fortunate opportunity to participate in a wellness retreat hosted by Cathy Shirtiff Vitality (Holistic Health Coach PT & Thai Yoga Massage) as well, accompanying practitioners Julie Fallis (Yoga & Hot Stone Massage) and Tania Rightmyer.

 

This day retreat started with a well prepared mix and mingle enjoying a wholesome breakfast. We had the opportunity to not only listen but participate in a presentation with Tara Garrison, Health and Life Coach.

 

This set the stage for a day of relaxation experience Thai Yoga Massage, Hot Stone Massage and closing with a brief experience of hypnosis by Tania. 

 

I was moved by not only the presentations well prepared by Cathy on our bodies and being mindful what we put into our bodies but the open communication and opening up of ourselves with others in a trusting safe environment.

How a Health and Wellness Retreated helped me in my life.

 

The wellness retreat was a wonderful experience for me, and a chance to learn how to uplift people with word and also to life myself up. It taught me how to talk to my own body and realize the importance of staying healthy for myself and my family by learning techniques for managing stress and setting goals for myself. I learned to slow down and take the time to reset, by having a wonderful hot stone massage as well as Thai massage yoga. At the retreat it made me realize the importance of how to take care of my mind, body and soul. As I am getting older it is important to take care of my body to live a long and healthy life. We live in a world that is very busy and filled with stress and by going to this retreat the overall experience not only rejuvenated my body but also helps me maintain balance and clarity in my life.
